SUMMARY:Race to the Flag 5K - CANCELLED
DESCRIPTION:The 11th annual Race to The Flag 5K Run/Walk will begin and end at beautiful Ty Warner Park. The course travels throughout the Oakwood subdivision. Event participants will receive a race t-shirt\, a ticket to the Lions Club Pancake Breakfast as well as have the opportunity to engage with supporting organizations and businesses from around the community while enjoying the festivities of the Red\, White\, and BBQ weekend. The event is a fundraiser for the People’s Resource Center and is a super opportunity for the entire family to get involved. The course is CARA and USATF certified and runners as well as walkers are welcome to participate. A designated starting location will be identified for participants pushing strollers. The race will be on Sunday\, May 24 and begin at 8:00am.
