DESCRIPTION:All ages are welcome. \nBring the whole family and experience bales of fun at the Gregg House Museum. Most activities are FREE! \n• make a scarecrow (nominal fee)\n• decorate a pumpkin (sponsored by Westmont Chamber of Commerce)\n• pan for gold or minerals (nominal fee)\n• create cool crafts\, make rope\n• learn about life in the past\n• play old-fashioned games\n• Treat yourself to some home-made goodies at the bake sale\n• take a hay ride\n• Enjoy some music\n• make rope\n• create cool crafts \nThe Garden Club of Downers Grove will help you make a great scarecrow for your yard. An $10 fee includes a pillow case for the head\, straw\, a wood stand\, hay and various materials. Please bring clothes (pants\, shirt) and any unique items you’d like to use to decorate your scarecrow. Items should be environmentally friendly (no perishable goods) and weather resistant. We have extra clothes on hand to share.

Participants will hop on a wagon ride that takes them from Diane Main Park through the terrifying woods path scenes. After that\, participants will get off the wagons and walk through the wicked woods where all kind of scares await them. Don’t turn your back\, as characters\, ghouls and creatures will come alive before your very eyes! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFAST PASS TICKETS \nHelpful Information: \nWith the nice weather on Saturday\, we anticipate larger crowds! Here’s some information to help plan your night accordingly: \n\nFor our younger viewers it is recommended you attend our “Little Monster Showing” from 3:00-6:30pm. Sheer Terror is recommended for ages 10+.\n\n\n\n\nLittle Monsters ticket sales will end promptly at 6:00P to ensure that all Little Monsters get through by 6:30P\n\n\n\n\nSheer Terror will begin at 7:00P. You may arrive early to purchase Sheer Terror tickets and wait in a separate line until the last Little Monsters showing concludes. Sheer Terror ticket sales will end promptly at 9:00P. \n\n\n\n\n$8 ticket fee (cash or credit accepted)\, tickets will be available at the event. Some walking required.
