Personal Training is available for all club members. Personal Training allows you to establish exercise patterns utilizing safe and proper techniques while maximizing your time in the gym. Sometimes you just need a little extra push to get or keep your training on course. For others, it’s a weekly or twice weekly session that keeps you on track towards your goals.
Several packages are available allowing for customization to meet your schedule and needs. Small Group Sessions are also available at no additional charge while enjoying the Motivation, Challenge and Camaraderie of your group. A free introductory session for all new members is also offered.
