Pam has been teaching fitness in the Western Suburbs of Chicago for over 15 years. She is an advocate for “movement” of any type. Her expertise is in guiding people with a holistic movement technique called Nia. In addition to this, Pam has Certifications in CPR, “Stronger Seniors”, “Sit & be Fit”, and “Drums Alive.” Her philosophy is: health is for all bodies, all ages, all levels of fitness. It’ s never too late! When you enjoy the exercise, the movement is effortless. The body naturally seeks Joy of movement.
