Bring your family, friends and neighbors to help ring in the holiday season at the one and only Holly Days Winter Festival! We officially kick off the month-long festival on Saturday, December 7 with our Opening Ceremonies in Downtown Westmont. The Frosty & Friends Parade will step off at 5PM and proceed down Cass Ave. from Chicago Ave. to Quincy St. Entertainment, visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus, downtown business open houses, treats and more will also be part of this festive, fun-filled night!
Welcome Santa, Mrs. Claus, and Rudolf as they make a morning stop to bring us Christmas cheer! Families will gather around to enjoy an all you can eat delicious breakfast of pancakes, sausages, juice, coffee, milk and cookies prepared by the Westmont Lions Club. Save a seat for Santa! He will be around to talk personally to each child and see if they’ve been naughty or nice! A wonderful Holiday show is planned for both the young and the young at heart. Take a moment and pose for pictures with Santa in front of our Christmas tree and each child will be able to tell him what’s on their wish list this year. Each child will also receive an exclusive, homemade gift from the Claus’s. Don’t forget your camera!

How excited would your child/ren be if Santa came to your home to personally deliver them a present? Well, now you can find out. With the Santa Sleigh Visit, Santa will deliver and visit your home to surprise your child/ren. Parents need to deliver one wrapped gift per child, with the child’s name on the present to the Westmont Community Center. When dropping off the gift at the Community Center parents will be asked to complete a small info card to assist with conversation on the day of the visit. This is sure to be a memory your child/ren won’t forget.
Please drop off your gift at the Westmont Community Center by Wednesday, Dec. 4th. When registering you understand that you are registering for either day listed on your end of town and the visit could be any time, in between the time listed as Santa’s route is very specific.
Please no large gifts, and only one gift per child will be accepted. Limit of 5 gifts per household. The North Pole will call you a few days prior to the event to inform you of the expected arrival day and time of Santa and his sleigh. For the safety of Santa and his crew if your address is near or on a busy street, the elves may ask you
to come to a less busy side street near your residence.

Let the excitement begin! Come join us on a train ride to go see Santa! We will leave from the Westmont Train Station at 9am and take a ride to go see Santa at the Two Brothers Roundhouse in Aurora! Once you get to the Roundhouse you will be served a buffet breakfast, be able to do Christmas crafts, and visit with Santa! Purchase includes train tickets to and from, buffet, picture with Santa, and Crafts. Please register by 12/1 to secure spot on train. Price is per person.

Santa has a lot of presents to deliver and he needs the help of all the Elves he can get. Come have fun at this Holly Days event and become an official Elf for Santa! Applicants will be put through several tests to see if they can earn the privilege of their own Elf hat. To determine if you are Elf material, you will have to pass Woodworking 101, Candy Cane target practice, Chimney Toss, North Pole Push-ups, Jingle Bell Jumping Jacks, Rudolph relay race, and lastly you must pass the Naughty or Nice test! If you pass all of tests you will earn your Elf hat and be able to take a picture with Santa on his sleigh.

We are searching for talented crafters/small business owners who would like to participate in our annual craft show! Vendors will get an area approximately 8×5 feet, one 8’ table and 2 chairs, advertising both locally and throughout surrounding suburbs, access to electricity, and complimentary coffee. Please reserve your space early by calling 630-969-8080 and providing your name, address, phone number, and specific selling items. A registration form will be sent to you promptly. Registration letters for returning vendors will be mailed out after Labor Day.
